RGB Holdings Group Limited is incorporated in the United Kingdom and operates as the ultimate holding company for the AKS Family's principal investment and operating activities. The Group has a unified governance structure with divisional autonomy, allowing our three operating divisions to move with the agility their respective markets require, while maintaining the Group-level disciplines of financial governance, risk management, and ESG accountability that the AKS Family's ownership standards demand.

The Group's three divisions are not merely a classification framework. RGB Holdings Group Limited has its origins in the entrepreneurial tradition of the AKS Family, a family with a multi-generational history of building businesses with purpose, across sectors and geographies. The Group as it exists today reflects a deliberate act of consolidation and focus: bringing together the AKS Family's principal investment interests under a single, professionally governed holding structure capable of operating with the scale, rigour, and international reach that our target sectors demand.

The three-division architecture of RGB Holdings, Red, Green, and Blue, was designed to reflect three of the most significant structural investment themes of the coming decades: the defence and security needs of sovereign nations in an increasingly complex threat environment; the urgent imperative of sustainable energy and food systems in a world facing the consequences of climate change; and the transformative potential of digital technology and advanced communications in reshaping every sector of economic life.

The AKS Family did not design this structure for the short term. Strategic Priorities for the Next Decade

Deepening our defence capability: RGB Red will expand its investment in cyber security, secure communications, and autonomous defence technology, building on existing positions to create a defence technology portfolio with genuine sovereign-grade credentials in the UK and internationally.
Accelerating the energy transition: RGB Green will increase its deployment of capital into renewable energy assets, battery storage, and smart grid technology, with particular focus on the UK's infrastructure decarbonisation programme, India's solar and wind transition, and the Gulf region's ambitious net-zero and clean energy agendas.
Scaling precision agriculture: As global food security becomes an increasingly urgent priority, RGB Green will expand its precision agriculture and agri-tech investment, creating a portfolio of smart farming assets and technology businesses capable of making a measurable contribution to sustainable food production.

Divisional Leadership	Each division, RGB Red, RGB Green, and RGB Blue, is led by a dedicated divisional leadership team with responsibility for investment performance, operational management, and divisional ESG delivery. Divisional leaders report to the Group Board.
Independent Directors	RGB Holdings maintains independent non-executive directors on its Group Board, providing external challenge, sector expertise, and governance assurance that meets institutional-grade standards. Independence is assessed and reported annually.
