RGB Holdings recruits professionals driven by purpose as well as performance — individuals who want to work on problems that genuinely matter, in sectors where their contribution has tangible national and global consequence.
For experienced professionals across investment, defence, energy, technology, finance, and advisory disciplines. Senior careers with strategic impact and global reach.
For PhD researchers, Master's students, and high-potential graduates contributing ideas, research, and innovation across our divisions with real-world impact.
RGB Holdings recruits selectively and continuously across its three divisions and all three geographies. We are a meritocratic organisation — every person we bring in is expected to make a meaningful difference.
| What We Offer | What This Means for You |

| Institutional Standards | Work within a governance framework that expects and rewards excellence, integrity, and independent thinking. |
| Long-Term Orientation | Grow within a group that takes 10-year views — career development aligned with patient capital philosophy. |

Full-time positions embedded within RGB Holdings' divisions and group functions — the backbone of the Group, carrying divisional strategy forward and building institutional knowledge.
RGB Holdings maintains a structured Senior Advisory Panel across all three divisions — engaging highly experienced practitioners who provide specialist counsel, open doors, and contribute institutional knowledge. We seek advisors who bring genuine, independently earned credibility in their field.
| Advisory Specialism | Background We Seek |
|---|---|
| Sovereign Finance & Debt Advisory | Former senior officials from central banks, debt management offices, IMF, World Bank, or sovereign wealth funds across UK, GCC, or South Asia. |
| Defence & National Security | Former senior military officers, defence ministry officials, defence procurement executives, or intelligence community leaders. |
| Energy & Climate Policy | Former energy ministers, regulators, senior utility executives, or leading climate finance practitioners with government or multilateral experience. |
| Agricultural & Food Security | Senior agricultural economists, former government food security advisors, leading agri-tech entrepreneurs, or international development specialists. |
| Financial Technology & Innovation | Former central bank digital currency leads, senior fintech executives, RegTech founders, or financial sector digital transformation directors. |
| Geopolitical & Risk Advisory | Former diplomats, geopolitical risk analysts, international security academics, or senior figures from multilateral policy institutions. |
| Legal, Governance & Compliance | Senior QCs, former regulatory authority leaders, or experienced corporate governance practitioners across our target jurisdictions. |
| GCC & Middle East Markets | Senior figures with established government, sovereign fund, and enterprise relationships across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and wider Gulf markets. |
| India & South Asia Markets | Senior practitioners with established relationships across Indian government, financial sector, defence, and infrastructure investment communities. |
Prospective advisors are invited to submit a brief expression of interest to partnerships@rgbholdings.co.uk, outlining their background, the specialism they would contribute, and their geographic focus. All expressions of interest are reviewed by the Group's senior leadership team and handled in strict confidence.
RGB Holdings recruits with discipline and selectivity. Every hire is a considered decision made at senior level, and every candidate is treated with respect, transparency, and professionalism throughout.
Our expectations are high because the work we do matters. These are not aspirational values — they are the operating standards we hold ourselves and every member of our team to.
| Our Expectation | What It Looks Like in Practice |
|---|---|
| Excellence | You set high standards for your own work without being asked. You do not accept mediocrity in yourself or those around you. |
| Integrity | You operate with transparency, honour your commitments, and raise concerns directly. You do not cut corners in regulated or high-trust environments. |
| Strategic Thinking | You see beyond the immediate task to the longer-term consequence. You contribute to how the Group thinks, not just what it does. |
| Judgement | You make sound decisions under uncertainty, in complex environments, without requiring constant instruction. |
| Collaboration | You build relationships internally and externally that make the whole Group stronger. You share knowledge generously. |
| Global Awareness | You understand that our clients, investors, and partners operate in diverse cultural, regulatory, and political contexts — and you navigate these with intelligence and respect. |
RGB Holdings believes that some of the most valuable intellectual capital sits in universities and the minds of students who have not yet had the opportunity to apply their ideas in a commercial context. We create a structured bridge between advanced academic research and the real-world challenges our divisions face daily.
We do not treat students as cheap labour or academic partnerships as box-ticking exercises. Every participant works on real problems, receives structured mentorship from senior practitioners, and leaves with experience, outputs, and relationships that materially advance their career trajectory.
Enables doctoral researchers to embed their academic work within RGB Holdings' divisions — ensuring research outputs have practical applicability, access to real operational data, and a pathway to genuine commercial or policy impact.
For Master's students in disciplines relevant to RGB Holdings' divisions. Participants contribute structured research or project work to a defined RGB Holdings challenge — producing outputs that are used, not filed away.
A structured, paid internship experience placing participants in environments where they carry real responsibility, work directly with senior professionals, and contribute meaningfully to active divisional work from day one.
We actively seek PhD candidates whose research intersects with our divisional priorities across defence technology, sustainable energy, agricultural innovation, financial systems, and advanced digital platforms.
